Canon: My canon is the T.V series Misfits which is a science fiction drama but it is also has hilarious humor. Short Summary: A bunch of young offenders are sent to do community service to pay for their crimes and one day while working, a wierd electrical storm hit and they obtained supernatural powers which causes a series of events that caused murders and a friendship between these five teenagers. My fanfiction is based on Rudy, the new character in season 3
( I do not like to swear but they swear alot in the TV series :)
Rudy and the storm
There was unusual clouds shaped like a spiral, almost like a hurricane was about to attack the city of
Kate opens her eyes slowly and squints as the blinding sun rays cover her. The feel of electricity runs through her body, tingling at the tips of her fingers and toes. Sitting up shading her eyes with her shaking hand, she notices that she isn't hurt, nor does she feel any pain in her body. Looking up into the sky, she looks confused, it was clear with the sun shining that she could feel beads of sweat at the back of her neck and on her nose. She feels her face and slowly moves her hands turning them in front of her eyes not believing she is alive.
Her Black Hand bag and its contents are scattered all over the footpath, make up kit and cell phone lay in pieces on the road. Picking up everything that was in her handbag she assumes she was hit by a robber but sees that nothings missing. She looks at everything she has, which is exactly what she had when she left the house this morning, cherry lip gloss, wallet, Oakley shades, mini make up kit and the blackberry cell.
She proceeds awkwardly to her house while looking around confused and frustrated. Her heart skips a beat when she sees that her apartment door is half open. She gradually walks in, pacing herself incase she needed to run.
"Hello?" No answer.
Her voice sounded funny and weird, but she was too overwhelmed to care. She gulps and feels her throat going dry like she hasn’t drunk water in days from being petrified.
"Ru’y? Are yah here?"
The red squared cushions were neatly piled in each corner of the maroon couch. The TV was blaring loudly and the kitchen sink to the left was overloading with water, dripping at the edges starting to flood.
Kate quickly headed towards the fridge, grabbing the small pocket knife near the fruit bowl on the counter on the way to the half open sliding door leading to the backyard. Her heart pounded that she could hear it in her ears as she quietly tip toed towards the sliding doors with her hand with the knife leading her steps.
When she steps onto the porch she screams.
“Ru’y!? Oh my god Ru’y! Wha the hell happened?”
she put her hand on her chest in relief and runs back into the house to turn the tap of and put the pocket knife back.
He was standing under the willow tree with a confused expression on his face.
“I have no idea, right? I was walking out to give Marney a bone and bam! I just disappeared. I think I was hit by God, you know, I think he hates me. I think it’s a sign to stick with one girl. By the way im Rudy, what are you doing in Kates house?”
“ Wha’ yah mean stick wi’ one gal? Are yah chea’in on me?”
“Wow bitch, calm the fuck down, um whats yah name, might I ask, because one, right? I have no idea who yah are and two if I slept with yah, im sorry because im taken.”
Rudy turned facing his back to Kate and put his forefinger and thumb on the bridge on his nose, pretending to cry.
“Please don’t tell Kate this because its really hard for me I have a medical problem
Kate was shocked at his bullshit.
“Ru’y yah bastard, its me Kate”
“Now you are one interesting looking Kate, now ge’ out of Kates house or ill call my back up on yah, because I am part of the swat 9…point f.b.i" He says while trying to think of a police department name
"anyway, but my point is lady, if you fuck with me, right?, ill fuck you right back with a cherry on top”
Rudy lies and flails his arms around doing some karate move pretending that he was part of the police to scare Kate.
Kate was getting furious thinking of hitting Rudy on the head hard to get him out of his craziness. But as she did Rudy stared at her with wide eyes, mouth wide open in surprise.
"Holy shit! Whats happening to yah face?"
Kate ran inside to the mirror on the wall next to the apartment door and saw the reason why Rudy thought she wasn't Kate. She was changing. Shapeshifting into someone else. She touched her face with eyes wide open trying to stick to reality.
" I think i've gon' crazy"
Rudy walks into the house. “Um, whoever you are, I don’t know and I don’t care, unless your Kate, I think I have a situation outside.”
Another Rudy walks into the house and joins the first Rudy that walked in. Kate runs to the counter for the knife and points it at them and her head started spinning and was getting a headache from all this weirdness.
“Okay lady, put that down, I know this is weird…”
Rudy number one cut him off
“Sorry but, who are yah? Because you’re surely not me”
“My names Rudy”
Kate was stuck looking between them trying to see which one was Rudy. Both Rudys were the same height, both very skinny and were wearing the same thing looking weak, jeans and a plain white t shirt with canvas shoes. They started wrestling each other.
“No! I’m Rudy” while the other one was trying to push him off and after he did he started crying. Kate was now confused as to which one was Rudy.
“What the fuck you wuss, stop being a twat” and they kept arguing on.
“Both of yah shu’ up!” They both stopped with the other one with a tear on his face and turned to see Kate who shape shifted back to her normal face.
“How did you do that?”
“Just shu’ up! I think I know why we are like this. Where yah hi’ by the storm in the back yard?”
“Yes” they both said in perfect unison.
“Actually, technically I was hit, don’t know what this twat is talking about”
The other Rudy wiped his tear from his cheek "Man i dont know why you have to be mean"
The other one turned to him and said in a quiet voice like he was talking to a little child.
"Man, if you have nothing constructive to say, then please shut the fuck up"
“Both of yah shu' the fuck up. I think that’s it, the storm, I think we developed supernatural powers from the storm” Kate exclaims putting the knife back down next to the fruit bowl.
